This is a pack that I put together to kind of add to an already great "War Hero" pack. There was a halftrack that I found included in the "sds/cars" file but did not work without many changes. It's still not all that great but it does work in game now. I made some changes to the armored car to make it kind of fit in. The Jeep and the GAI 353 Military truck are War Hero and the Sicily Military truck was another file just excluded from the game.

Lowriders 2 DLC

This is a pack that I made to introduce some of the lowrider culture into the game.
I changed a few things on these cars for this DLC Example the Potomac Indian modifications. 1. Changed the location of the suspension front and back. (lower) 2. Changed the interior to material with a "Day of the Dead" (holiday) Mexican lace pattern. 3. Added 50s style body accent stripes with art inserts (same lace) 4. Changed the horn to air horns with a musical tune. 5. Moved the front suspension in to give the wheels room to stay under the car when turning.
These are "Lowriders" 50s era correct cars so there are no hydraulics. At the time just cut or heated springs to get the cars as close to the ground as possible. That being said there is the problem with going over curbs sometimes depending on the tuning level. (the Pontiac does have hydraulics in the garage or if you should replace the original Potomac Indian the peds will have hydraulics).

This is a pack that I made for people that like old style Gassers and Hot Rods. I know "rat rods" are supposed to be slapped together unfinished looking or some sort of on going project and I guess they could be so don't be so critical of the title. Use them and get them weathered and they look more like Rat Rods. This DLC took a really long time to make with changes in sounds like the engines and horns. The chassis changes were difficult and I changed axle and wheel positions. The Horsepower and top speed on all of the cars are changed, wheel sizes are different depending on tuning levels. The original maps wre wrong in the Ghost Rod so I fixed that and threw in some hood vents. I'm sure there is much more! I hope you like them.
